Email admin@tenlord.in from the email address or phone number associated with your Tenlord account. Use the subject “Tenlord Data Deletion Request”.
Include your full name, account role, registered phone number or email address, and property name if applicable. Do not email passwords, OTPs, payment card details, or identity-document images.
We may ask for limited information to confirm that the requester owns the account or is authorized to act for the relevant business or property.
Requests involving owner-managed tenant records may also require confirmation from the property operator responsible for that data.
After verification, we will delete or anonymize eligible account, profile, messaging, and operational data. We aim to acknowledge requests within 7 business days and complete eligible deletion within 30 days.
We will confirm completion using the verified contact channel. Access to the affected Tenlord account may stop once deletion is processed.
Some invoices, payment references, security logs, tenancy records, dispute evidence, or legal records may be retained where required for compliance, fraud prevention, accounting, or establishment of legal claims.
Any retained information will remain restricted and will not be used for unrelated marketing or messaging purposes.
