Tenlord may collect names, phone numbers, email addresses, identity details, tenancy records, billing information, payment references, property listing details, enquiry submissions, device logs, and operational activity entered by authorized users.
For tenant and prospect workflows, owners may store room, bed, KYC, complaint, visitor, and payment-related information inside the platform to operate their accommodation business.
Information is used to operate the platform, manage accounts, process subscriptions, send operational notices and invoices, support owner and tenant workflows, improve service performance, and maintain security and audit trails.
Tenlord does not sell personal information as a standalone business activity. Data may be processed with infrastructure, messaging, analytics, or payment service providers strictly to deliver the service.
When WhatsApp messaging is enabled, Tenlord uses Meta Platforms and the WhatsApp Business Platform to send service messages requested by property operators, such as OTPs, invoices, reminders, and operational notices. Message delivery data is processed only for providing and securing these workflows.
Access to records is limited according to role permissions and operational need. We apply commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.
